Stunt Wheel

Walt: make a stunt wheel.

Miss said we had to study toys this term and miss said we had to make a stunt wheel. We had from Monday till Friday.We rolled the stunt wheel outside and took a photo while it was rolling. My stunt wheel  went 11 meters. It was fun.

My learning

I've learnt how to read decimal numbers from diagrams. Langa helped me to work this out.  I have to practise reading decimal numbers.

It was a great pleasure coming to Saint Pius school. I’ve made lots of friends and I met your music teacher, Mrs Carter in the music room. It was amazing  learning to play a ukulele. It was brilliant meeting you. I hope that we can came back again.

Netbook reflection 2012

It is cool having a netbook. Whenever I'm in a hurry I go fast when I am writing a story. It helps me in my maths, reading and writing but I still have a lot to learn and it shows me the weather. My netbook helps me in my e-asttle and my blog comments. It helps me on XI teach and my google app. I get to see our Room11 class website and I can go and comment on my friends blogs and find out about their learning. It helps me on my blog because I can share my stories with our class blog and my Mum leaves some nice comments on my blog. Im addicted to Kizi and Friv because I am number 1 at these games on my computer because it is so fun and so cool.

Weird and Wacky Food Festival

It is about a  wacky and bizarre food festival.
                                                                            
A Tomato Festival is a food fight festival and it is held in Spain.The Tomato Festival is the biggest festival in the whole wide world and it was made a long time ago and it is in August on the last Wednesday.They have tons of tomatoes that can fill up the whole street.

The Radish Festival was held in Mexico and it was held years ago. It is on 23 December at night.The festival lasts a few hours because radishes or vegetables don't last long. The people  use the radishes to make sculptures.   

I think we should have a weird and wacky tomato festival in New Zealand every year. The roads and the people will be covered in tomatoes.
