Darren always played on his drum at dark when he goes to his aunt. But his secret was he is scared of the dark. When mum had to go doctors for her baby in her belly, so he had to go to his aunts house. Then at aunt's house his car seat always makes me scared in the dark. He always calls pop after bedtime. His favorite beat is  da-da-DUM!

Sumatran tiger

Walt: write a report on the Sumatran tiger

On 28 August there was a Sumatran tiger

that was 21 years old. That tiger had died with cancer and the tigers name was Cantik. These tigers are only find in the wild.

The Sumatran tiger came from Australasia.

These Sumatran tiger endangered because there only 300 to 400 more Sumatran tiger

left.  Sumatran tiger they sort powerful legs. huge paws and a large jaw. The Sumatran tiger came from Australasia.

I'm learning to convert fractions to decimals. My fraction is 51/100 the answer is 0.51 because if it is 5/10  it will be 0.5. So if it is 5/100 it will be 0.05. This is simple as because we have doing this for a long time. I think the teacher can make this harder by making the numbers on top bigger. Next week, I think I will have to listen  to the teacher when we are doing maths on the floor.

Edmund Hillary was born on 20 July 1919.

Edmund Hillary made history by being the first one to climb Mount Everest and he never gave up. I am inspired by him because he used the most perseverance. He made history for him and his country.  Everyone understand him because he has a good sense of humor.

Edmund Hillary was a soldier in world war 2 and he fight for him and his country.Edmund Hillary was and stills is on the five dollar note. He was a honest man everyone has ever had.

I like Edmund Hillary because he is a

very good man. He built a lot of house for people that had no homes.

Walt: solve division problems that have fraction in the answer.

To play this games you have to know proper fractions. the answer I have is ⅚. I know when it is ⅚ because there are 5 squares and 1 circle. It teaches me, my fractions, timetables and your division.

Myrtle the turtle

At school there was a little turtle and the turtles name was Myrtle. Everyone in Emma’s class liked Myrtle. Every day the children’s in Emma's class  took Myrtle for a walk around the park.

When the children went home they put the turtle in the aquarium. When the children put the turtle in the aquarium the turtle was cold so she went to the heater but it was broken and the turtle was so so cold.

When the children came back to the aquarium the children went to see Myrtle. She did not move the childrens knew that there was something wrong with Myrtle but then the turtles eyes was open and  they knew she had died.

Then they digged a hole and put the turtle in it. Emma will sit with Myrtle for an hour a day. Then Emma sore something coming out of the grass. It was Myrtle Everyone was happy. Then the children took Myrtle to the vet and they had to cut the turtles right leg of. But everyone was still happy.
